Tek Tools, LLC is a Managed Services Provider at 1760 Monrovia Ave Suite A13, Costa Mesa, CA 92627. This policy explains what information the tek.tools website collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions: sales@tek.tools.
This is a static informational website. You can browse it without giving us any personal information. We collect personal information you provide directly in only one way — through the contact form. When you submit it, we collect:
In addition, when you visit the site, limited technical and usage information is collected automatically through the analytics and anti-spam services described below (for example, IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and interactions such as clicks on phone, email, and contact links). We do not operate user accounts, a comment system, or any login functionality, and we do not collect payment information through this site.
Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry. Automatically collected usage information is used only to understand how the site is used, to improve it, and to protect it from spam and abuse. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes. The only third parties that receive information through this site are the service providers named below, and only for the limited purposes described.
Tek Tools, LLC uses Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams Phone to send and receive one-to-one SMS text messages directly with customers, vendors, and business contacts. We use text messaging only for business communications — such as support requests, scheduling, project updates, account-related communications, and customer service — and to send or receive security verification codes and multi-factor authentication (MFA) messages. We do not use SMS for marketing, promotional campaigns, newsletters, or mass-texting.
Where we exchange text messages with you, the following applies:
Text messages are transmitted through Microsoft 365 / Microsoft Teams Phone and your mobile carrier solely to deliver these communications. We do not provide your mobile information to these or any other third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
This website uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage and JavaScript-based measurement) for two purposes only: website analytics (Google Analytics) and spam prevention on the contact form (Google reCAPTCHA). We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, social-media tracking tags, session-replay or “screen recording” tools, or third-party marketing trackers of any kind.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of analytics entirely using the tools described under “Your Privacy Choices” below. Blocking cookies will not stop you from browsing the site, though some features may behave differently.
We use Google Analytics (a service provided by Google LLC) to understand how visitors use this website and to improve the site experience. When you visit, Google Analytics may collect and transmit to Google information such as your IP address, pages viewed, referring websites, approximate location, browser and device information, and interactions with site features such as phone, email, contact, and outbound links. Because this information is sent to Google, Google acts as a third-party recipient of that data and processes it under its own policies, including How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and Google’s Privacy Policy.
We use analytics for our own measurement purposes and not to build advertising profiles about you. You can opt out at any time — see “Your Privacy Choices” below.
Our contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA v3 to tell real visitors apart from automated spam. reCAPTCHA loads only when you interact with the contact form, and it collects device, browser, and interaction data and sends it to Google to generate a risk score. This data is used for security and abuse prevention — not for personalized advertising. Your use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. If you do not wish to use reCAPTCHA, you can contact us by phone at (949) 688-1206 or by email at sales@tek.tools instead of using the form.
The only third party that receives information through this website is Google, through the Google Analytics and Google reCAPTCHA services described above. These services may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser, device, and pages visited, and process it according to their own privacy policies. Fonts, icons, styles, and scripts are served directly from tek.tools and are not loaded from third-party content delivery networks, so no additional third parties observe your visit.
Our web server may automatically log standard access data including IP addresses, browser type, and timestamps. This is used for security and diagnostics only and is not linked to personal identity.
You have several ways to control the information collected through this site:
googletagmanager.com and google.com/recaptcha, through your browser settings or privacy extensions. To exercise any privacy right or ask a question about your data, email sales@tek.tools.
Tek Tools, LLC is based in California, and we want California visitors to understand exactly how this site works. As described above, the only information shared with a third party is the technical and usage data sent to Google through Google Analytics and Google reCAPTCHA, and only for website measurement and spam prevention. We do not use the site to intercept, record, or “wiretap” the content of your communications, we do not use session-replay or keystroke-logging technology, and we do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).
Under the CCPA/CPRA, California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request access to or deletion of it, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. Because we do not sell or share personal information for advertising, there is nothing to opt out of in that respect, but you may still exercise your access, correction, and deletion rights and use the analytics opt-out choices above. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
To make a request, email sales@tek.tools or call (949) 688-1206. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
Contact form submissions are kept only as long as needed to fulfill your request or as required by law. To request deletion, email sales@tek.tools.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information you have submitted. Email sales@tek.tools. California residents have the additional rights described under “Your California Privacy Rights” above.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
