By providing your mobile number to Tek Tools or by exchanging text messages with us, you consent to receive SMS text messages from us related to our business communications with you — such as support requests, scheduling, project updates, account-related communications, and customer service — as well as security verification codes and multi-factor authentication (MFA) messages. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages, and consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on the nature of our ongoing communications with you.
Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply. Such charges are determined by your mobile carrier and plan, and you are responsible for them. Please contact your carrier for details.
Opting out (STOP). You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we may send a final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, after which you will no longer receive SMS messages from that number unless you opt back in.
